Returns

  • You can return the products within 1–5 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, sale items, and customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and policy reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • If your return is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 1–7 business days through the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently allow exchanges only for size or defective product issues, subject to availability.

  • If the desired size/product is unavailable, we will process it as a return and refund instead.
